Your privacy is very important to us. Heidi AI and AccuScribe are completely safe to use. They do not keep any recordings of your conversations. Notes are generated during your appointment and only stored for a very short time before being securely deleted. Both tools are NHS-accredited and fully comply with GDPR regulations, ensuring your information is protected at all times.

Consent

At the start of each appointment, your clinician will ask if you are happy for Heidi AI or AccuScribe to be used. If you’d prefer us not to use these tools, simply let your clinician know, and they will not be used during your consultation. Your comfort and privacy always come first.
