Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6 pm (5 pm at our Oxford Road premises).
Reception staff and a duty doctor or nurse are available during these hours.
Both premises are closed for lunch from 1 pm to 2 pm.
During the lunch period, the Practice telephone has a message saying we are closed for lunch but gives the practice mobile as a number for emergencies.
There are now a limited number of appointments available until 7:30 pm, two evenings per week
The Practice is not open for walk-ins. Please telephone or email the Practice.
A Primary Care Service is available at St Andrew's, Sensier House, between 8am and 1pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays and weekdays between 6pm and 8pm.
Please phone 111 who may be able to give you an appointment.

This is not a walk-in service and does not offer prescription, appointment or phone services.
When the practice is closed, except at lunchtime, call 111 for free where you will be seen by the right healthcare professional, as close to your home as possible.
Please remember to ‘Talk before you Walk’ – dial 111 first as you must have an appointment to be seen in one of the primary care service/ hubs across the Durham Dales, Easington and Sedgefield area.

Most staff training is arranged so that it does not impact the service to our patients. However, the practice will close one afternoon per month for staff training.
